Trail Conditions

Trail update: After a late afternoon check yesterday, trails are open today! Shoreline still has snow and trees down in multiple spots but all other trails are good to go!

Shuttle update:  As of now we are tentatively starting shuttle operations July 5th. Reservations can be made for those July dates starting June 15th.

A few reminders about using JMR trails

  • No horses allowed on the trails
  • Please remember to follow trail etiquette!

Miles of Trails

Explore some of the states premier single track winding through the meadows and Ponderosa forest at the base of Jughandle Mountain.  The terrain offers something for everyone whether you’re a beginner out to enjoy the rolling, buffed out singletrack to an expert looking for technical features or fast flowy descents. Our trail system at Jug Mountain Ranch is free of charge, however, we invite you to finish your day at the Clubhouse Restaurant and Bar (yes, we love our dust-covered bikers!) in support of continued trail building and maintenance. And don’t forget your protective gear as Jug’s trails are for use at your own risk!

Miles of MOUNTAIN BIKING trails to explore year round. SINGLE track trails exhilarate in summer and fall while FAT BIKES rule on our groomed trails in winter and spring. Dogs welcome!

Catch a ride to the top and save your energy for the amazing single track and freeride trails! Please call (208) 634-5072 to make a reservation.

SHUTTLE OPERATION IS TENTATIVELY SET TO START JULY 5TH. Reservations can be made starting June 15th.
